MOBILE DPF SERVICE • VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY REQUIRED

Mobile DPF regeneration

A regen is a procedure—not a guess.

We first assess active faults, soot-loading information and operating conditions. A service regeneration is performed only when the vehicle supports it and conditions are safe.

Before heat is applied

Assessment comes first.

Forcing regeneration without understanding the cause can waste time or damage components. The scan data determines the next step.

01 / SCREEN

Review faults and conditions

Check supported aftertreatment data, active faults, warning indicators and whether the vehicle is in a condition to proceed.

02 / CONFIRM

Verify a safe work area

A controlled outdoor area with adequate clearance from people, traffic and combustibles is required because exhaust temperatures rise significantly.

03 / ACT

Regenerate or recommend

If eligible, perform the supported service procedure. If a fault blocks regeneration, explain the next diagnostic or repair step.

Common reasons to call

Warning signs and concerns.

  • DPF or exhaust-system warning light
  • “Regen required” or “parked regen” message
  • Reduced power or early derate concern
  • Frequent or incomplete automatic regenerations
  • Vehicle that will not initiate a parked regeneration

Important limits

A regen does not repair every fault.

Failed sensors, dosing problems, excessive ash, engine faults, leaks and other conditions may prevent or make regeneration inappropriate. Those issues require diagnosis or repair before another attempt.

DPF regeneration FAQ

Questions before booking.

What is a DPF regeneration?

It is a controlled process that raises exhaust temperature to burn accumulated soot in the diesel particulate filter. The vehicle must meet the manufacturer’s prerequisites before the procedure can begin.

Can you guarantee the regeneration will complete?

No. Active faults, soot load, temperature, fuel level, engine condition or manufacturer safeguards may stop the process. The initial assessment determines whether an attempt is appropriate.

Will a regeneration clean ash from the filter?

No. Regeneration burns soot; it does not remove non-combustible ash. A filter with excessive ash may require professional removal and cleaning or replacement.

Can you perform the service anywhere?

No. The vehicle must be outdoors in a controlled area with safe clearance from combustibles, pedestrians and traffic. The final location must be approved before the appointment.

How long does the appointment take?

Time varies by vehicle and by what the assessment finds. A two-hour appointment window is reserved, but diagnosis, cooling time or blocked conditions can change the final duration. The booking window is not a fixed-price package; labor is quoted at $150 per hour and approved before service.

Do you service cars and light-duty diesels?

Vehicle coverage depends on the system, scan-tool support and service procedure. Submit the exact year, make, model and engine so compatibility can be confirmed.

What information should I provide?

Send the year, make, model, engine, current mileage, warning messages, symptoms, vehicle location and any repairs or regeneration attempts already made.

When are appointments available?

Late-evening weekday appointments may be available after approximately 11:00 PM by confirmation. Weekend appointments offer the widest availability.
